On the $297/mo plan, yes. On $597+, I move you to my server. 80% of emergencies are caused by cheap hosting — I can't guarantee uptime if I don't control the box.
What if I want to cancel?
Email me. You're out next month. But give me 90 days first — most problems show up in month 2 after updates.
Do you only service Adelaide businesses?
No, I take clients across Australia. But I'm based in Adelaide, so if you're local, we can meet in person. And when I say I'll call you, I'm in your timezone.
